From Phap Chinh Consulting (2011) to HTIC Law Firm, with a network of offices in Vietnam and Japan.
2011

Establishment
Founded as Phap Chinh Consulting Co. in Ho Chi Minh City — corporate and investment advisory. Predecessor of HTIC Law Firm.
- 2014
Japanese FDI Advisory
Investment advisory and trade promotion for Japanese businesses entering the Vietnamese market.
- 2019
Establishment of HTIC Law Firm
Officially became a licensed law practice, serving individuals and businesses.
- 2021
Outsourced Legal Department
Pioneered the service — the first and only firm to deliver it at a fully structured scale.
- 2023
Member of the VN–Japan Association
Joined the Vietnam–Japan Trade Promotion Association, providing legal support to members.
- 2024
Expansion to Japan
Established information offices in Gunma, Osaka and Hiroshima, Japan.
